What is Breathwork
If we change the way we breathe, our world will transform. Then we find peace and joy in every moment. In this way our life and health improves from the inside. Breathwork encourages restrictive breathing patterns, helps release subconscious defense mechanisms which suppress unpleasant emotions .

Breathing is the only non-voluntary metabolic function volunteered at the moment we choose to take that breath.
There is an understanding which explains why Breathing ultimately leads to the clear experience of consciously co-creating our lives, rather than a result of random thoughts and events.
We can choose to be in life or we can choose to be our life master. We can surrender to the moment we take the direction into our own hands, then creating wealth as easy as receiving it.
The best athletes would not be the best if they did not understand the importance of a full breath once understood then the breath is the primary master. The breath brings us into focus mentally, brings energy to the body in general and transmits power to the muscles in particular. The breath increases focus, performance and endurance. It increases your energy and reduces stress.
