WHAT MINDFULNESS To be Mind full: means being aware. Aware of what is happening in and around you. In a State of Mindfullness, you are aware of the event as it occurs, from moment to moment, without judgment. This is a state in which you are focused, calm and clear. HOW IT WORKS Working with different meditation exercises; simple Qong chi exercises and some theory. Practice and specific techniques, you achieve tools to apply in practice and to use in your daily life. You are more present in the here and now, working with more focus. You have more attention so what you do leads to more fun. The life you experience is effortless and everything you are doing happens easier and faster . You develop more confidence and experience your actions as meaningful. You listen better and see exactly what is needed as you have an overview and act from a clear mind.
