Through meditations, Zhineng Qigong exercises or sessions. We work to train the mind so you no longer get lost in your confusing thought patterns.

Together, Denise and Peter created La Sangonera.This is why the house and the land around is a beautiful symbiosis of 2 worlds. Here you can feel the harmony and love in every aspect of the carefully designed and constructed haven of La Sangonera. Everywhere you look is balanced and you can feel the peace. La Sangonera has its own olive trees, citrus and various fruit trees with an orchard. There is an organic vegetable garden which absorbs the Mallorcan sunshine encouraging such natural growth. In the surrounding countryside there are wonderful walks leading from the property into the real heartland of Mallorca. Also close is a monastery and an old castle, all to admire from the Finca.

There is a lovely pool, sauna, meditation room and treatment room all available and can be used according to your needs.The meals are freshly prepared and where possible from their own organic vegetable garden. Everything grown is Mallorca sun-ripened, tastes great and is abundant with energy.
