WHAT Chi Neng Qigong?
Chi Neng Qigong is a moving meditation .
There are standing and sitting exercises. The emphasis is on the movement in exercise which is combined with an alert mind. The Spirit becomes focused on the movement and then the Qi which moves our attention from the exterior to within the body.
The purpose of Chi Neng Qigong is having a healthy mind in a healthy body enabling you to achieve your full potential. You achieve this by doing exercises and by consciously directing your attention.
The foundation of Chi Neng Qigong is to balance your emotions.

By doing simple but powerful exercises you increase your vitality and improve your health. Proper posture is important to all exercises.
